Not one to sit back in a passive mode and with a strong drive to achieve more, Mr. Nadeem Jafri sowed the seed for developing their own logistics company. This saw the creation of Hearty Mart Marketing & Logistic, a strong, reliable delivery support system in the year 2009-10. Initiated by the Core Group and later handed over to Mr. Bakarali Momin and Mr. Miqdad Ali Momin for further operations and expansion, their belief that ‘Sky is the limit if you so choose’ is responsible for the growth and success of Hearty Mart Logistics.
Setting up of this establishment was not an easy road to drive on. However, crossing several obstacles and hurdles en route, today Hearty Mart Logistics is enabled to a point of auto-pilot with set processes and pre-determined weekly delivery schedules. This ensures effective and efficient supply chain network that is servicing over 750+ customers across the state of Gujarat and Rajasthan. They are today feeding all the franchisee units and the entire customer base across hotels, restaurants and catering division. To name a few brands being marketed and delivered to clients are Daybreak Tea, Chef ki pasand, Hearty Mart Rice, Good Time, Mr. Puff, Jaimin Snacks and Crave Eatables.
The success of Hearty Mart Logistics is attributed not only to their efficiency, promptness and earning customer delight but also the right mix of premium products, total range of affordable product mix, value for money pricing and the importance given to customer relationship. Additionally, their intelligent and ingenious marketing strategies, incentive schemes and retail discounts are all promoting their own brands and pushing sales of other selected brands.
